Aire Valley Guest House is situated on the Great Ocean Road in the beautiful Aire Valley near Cape Otway. Perched on a hill, 400 metres above sea level, the panoramic views take in the valley, river, lakes, lush green pastures and the tall trees of the Otway National Park.
Guest rooms are spacious with high ceilings and ample natural light. Bedrooms have ensuite shower or bathrooms, crisp, white linen, views and French doors that open onto the wide, sweeping veranda.
The guests" lounge has comfortable chairs in front of a big open log fire. Evening meals and breakfast are served on the veranda overlooking the valley or in the lounge on colder days (by the log fire).

Spend a couple of days exploring all the scenic sites along the Great Ocean Road. The Otways are great for walking in and we have a number of short walks close by. Relax in the evening and make the most of a candlelit dinner in front the roaring log fire.
Breakfasts include bacon and eggs, grapefruit from the garden, fresh bread, cereals and fruit.
Evening meals are a speciality as they are made with fresh produce from the local area and the garden. A three course set menu is per head, 2 courses for . Menu changes daily.
We are fully licensed and have a wide range of fantastic Australian wines from all around Australia (Margaret River, Adelaide Hills, Barossa, Hunter Valley, Coonawarra, the Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula).
A large selection of Australian and international beers is also available.
