Motel 98 is a boutique-style motel located onto the Fitzroy River and only minutes' walking distance to Rockhampton's City Centre where there is shopping, theatre, historical buildings, and the art gallery to be found. All the motel's rooms open to the recreation area which lead to the gardens and swimming pool area. The first floor rooms all have private balconies overlooking the pool. Motel facilities include child minding facilities, restaurant and swimming pool.
