The word "Ambrosia" means sweet smelling or delicious. Ambrosia was also the magical substance eaten by the Gods of Greek mythology who lived on Mount Olympus. The God's kept their immortality by eating Ambrosia and without this substance, they became weak.

For the past 18 years, Ambrosia's management and staff have delighted in serving the best in mouthwatering seafood to its customers. We take pride in our great range of seafood offered in our menu, which also includes a variety of meat, poultry and pasta dishes. To compliment our delicious meals, we have an extensive wine list-one of the biggest in Sydney- that is carefully selected and put together exclusively for Ambrosia's patrons.
